Conservatives Must Be Pissed After G.G. Results
Did any conservatives even watch the Golden Globes last night? If they did I'm sure they were clammoring about a conspiracy theory today. Brokeback Mountain - the gay cowboy flick - won four awards, Felicity Huffman won for her role in the film TransAmerica and Geena Davis - the female President on Commander In Chief - also won in her category.
Mayor Nagin Must Have PTSD
After his comments yesterday I am convinced that New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. On MLK day, Nagin decided to make comments regarding New Orleans becoming a "chocolate city", giving off the notion that his city should be made up of mostly black citizens. Nagin also took a lesson from Pat Robertson apparently because he proclaimed that God caused Hurricane Katrina to make New Orleans into a chocolate city. Yikes. I thought only Republicans had the pipeline to God.
Showdown in St. Joseph
I will be in St. Joseph on Wednesday night to broadcast the play by play of the St. Benedict and Gustavus Adolphus women's basketball game. The Blazers are in first place with an 8-1 record in conference play, while the Gusties are a game behind at 7-2. Click here around 7:25 p.m. to listen to the broadcast.
