Glen it doesn't matter if you run for 400 yards or rack up almost 600 yards of total offense if you cant stop anyone on defense! The Golden Gophers exposed the Ohio State defense today like no other team has all season including second ranked Texas. Unfortunately their woeful defense allowed the Buckeyes to put up 45 points. Crappy Play Call Of The Week
Yes this post is directed at Mason as well. With the Gophers trailing by just a touchdown in the second half, Mason decides to try a trick play on third down and two. After a miserable attempt to have the running back throw back to the quarterback, the Gophers then tried to run the ball on fourth and two. Needless to say, the Buckeyes stopped Laurence Maroney and took over on downs. Glen, Glen, Glen.
